Corporate Reporting at AON - Thursday, 24 April 2025

IWF Ireland member, Rachael Ingle, CEO of AON Ireland, hosted a really informative event on Thursday, 24 April 2025.  It was an engaging and thoughtful review of “Get Updated on Corporate reporting” followed by dinner.

AON assembled an internationally experienced panel of presenters who covered three key themes:

The Regulatory Environment for People/Talent

• Global landscape, and what has driven the regulatory requirements

• Regulatory divergence – how to understand & communicate differences in EMEA/US requirements

Lessons learned: how to turn a compliance requirement on disclosures into a strategic differentiator?

Risk and opportunity: key considerations

• The role technology / AI can play, helping to efficiently accelerate compliance activity – and what risks to watch out for

• Impact of non-compliance / poor compliance on Directors & Officers insurance

We had the opportunity to network and to meet members of the AON team in their excellent facilities - including a gorgeous balcony area overlooking the Liffey and a delightful roof top garden!

Members of the AON team on their ‘accelerator program’ (young women leaders) joined the IWF members for a relaxed dinner, and a good time was had by all.
