We are very grateful to our member, Professor Kathleen Reardon, for agreeing to host the second in a series of online Masterclasses entitled "Political Intuition and Power" on 24 April 2024. 25 members participated in the event.
As a recognised authority and widely published author in the subject of women navigating the business world, we were enthralled and enlightened by Kathleen's analysis, insights and anecdotes! It was a thought-provoking and powerful hour and a half.
As one member commented afterwards - 'if I'd known some of this at an earlier stage of my career, I wouldn't have had such a difficult time'. Another member dropped a note "Earlier in my career, Kathleen’s book “They Don’t Get it, Do They? “was a game changer for me. I was quite star struck when I first met her. As always, she was so impressive and interesting on Wednesday. Please pass on my thanks'.
We are very proud that Kathleen will be lecturing on the IWF Global "Global Leadership Programme" later in the year. Our sincere thanks to Kathleen for a fantastic event, and to Rose Hynes for facilitating and organising a great evening.
