Women in Justice - Wednesday, 26 March 2025

This was a really well attended event. IWF members and Department of Justice guests were treated to a wonderful event on 'Women in Justice' on the 26 March.

It was a privilege for the members of IWF Ireland to attend this event and to witness the contributions to the evening. Hopefully the story of Women and Justice will resonate for a long time and allow our members to support the Department of Justice's vision of a safe, fair and inclusive Ireland.  

The contributions from Professor Linda Mulligan, Caron McCaffrey, Dr Stephanie O'Keeffe, and Catherine Pierse will certainly remain in our memory for a long time. 

Thank you to Denise Charlton for doing a superb job on moderating the panel and to Oonagh McPhillips and her Department of Justice team for facilitating this event.

The evening was completed by a fabulous buffet supper and networking and we all left with a small jar of Department of Justice honey!
